Today we’re going to make beef steak
You will need:
👉 Beef steaks from 10 Meat House
👉 1/4 cup of olive oil
👉 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
👉 Rosemary leaves
👉 2 cloves of garlic
👉 Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a small blender, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary leaves, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until pureed and a marinade is formed.
- Dab the steaks with paper towels and place them on a platter.
- Pour the marinade over the steaks and coat them well so that they are evenly coated.
- Cover the platter with kitchen foil and let the steaks soak in the marinade for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. For more flavor, leave them overnight.
- Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat a grill pan over high heat (300-350°C). Season the steaks with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown on both sides. For a medium-rare steak, allow about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the steaks to a cutting board and cut them diagonally into slices, about 3/4 of an inch thick. Let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Serve the steak with fried potatoes or grilled vegetables! Bon appetite 🤗
